During the inaugural year for the College Football Playoff National Championship, we were asked to design the landmark event’s look and feel. In addition to creating the environment for the fans and students in attendance, we were able to introduce the new College Football Playoffs brand to the world. The event’s design placed the new championship system at the front and center of the venue, the city, and every single person who tuned in—from the hotels to the airport, from the streetscapes to the city.
